In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension until verification is completed.

Each Player may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on ak444 at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. ak444 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or permit minors to use your account in any capacity. ak444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

ak444 reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any platform policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended inactivity in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

To request voluntary account closure, contact ak444 support via the email address listed on this platform. All withdrawal-eligible funds will be returned to your verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

ak444 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your ak444 account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ak444 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account, for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or ongoing account use.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials for deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the ak444 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content or data from the ak444 platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ak444 software or game engine.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak444 and its Operator, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ak444 platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ak444 accepts no liability for:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, whether attributable to skill, chance, or any other factor.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
• Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are subsequently corrected in accordance with the platform's error correction procedures.

Where ak444's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount you contributed to the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.
